Concept — juridische controle vereist

This is a working draft prepared for legal review. It is not yet final and does not constitute legal advice. The final text is fixed by the operator’s legal counsel before launch.

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the ZoraMatch platform.

Last updated 14 July 2026

1. Who we are

The ZoraMatch platform (“ZoraMatch”, the “Platform”, “we”, “us”) is operated by GoChainWise (handelsnaam, B.V. i.o.) (“the Operator”).ZoraMatch is an AI-assisted B2B sourcing service that helps buyers and suppliers in the European Union find, qualify, and negotiate with each other.

By creating an account, embedding our widget, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation, and “you” refers to that organisation.

2. What the Platform does

ZoraMatch provides two connected services:

  • Lead Screening. Suppliers embed a chat widget or share a branded screening link. Inbound leads complete an AI interview, and the supplier receives a structured screening report.
  • Buyer Matching. Buyers complete an AI intake and receive a ranked supplier shortlist. A buyer can forward a discovery order to a chosen supplier; once accepted, both parties enter a shared workspace with an AI-assisted order draft.

ZoraMatch is an introduction and workflow tool. We are not a party to any contract, order, sale, or transaction between a buyer and a supplier. We do not act as agent, broker, escrow, or guarantor for either side, and we do not verify the accuracy of the information users provide about themselves, their products, or their capabilities beyond the checks expressly described on the Platform.

3. Accounts and eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and use the Platform for business purposes only.
  • You must give accurate account information and keep it current. Company records (such as KvK / VAT numbers) may be checked against public registers.
  • You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. Tell us at contact@mapemedia.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • Platform assets belong to your organisation, not to you personally. When you leave an organisation, its data stays with the organisation.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, unlawful, or infringing content;
  • Impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation, certifications, or capacity;
  • Use the Platform to send spam, harvest contact details, or contact other users outside the purpose for which they engaged with you;
  • Attempt to manipulate matching, screening, ranking, or reviews, including by injecting instructions into AI conversations to distort a report or result;
  • Scrape, crawl, reverse-engineer, or bulk-export data, or circumvent rate limits, access controls, or the separation between supplier-owned leads and the marketplace;
  • Upload malware, probe for vulnerabilities, or disrupt the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, that create legal or security risk, or that harm other users — where practical, with notice.

5. Supplier leads and the data separation rule

A lead generated through a supplier’s own widget or branded screening link belongs exclusively to that supplier. It never enters the buyer marketplace, is never shown to competing suppliers, and is never added to the matching pool. This separation is a core promise of the Platform and is enforced technically.

6. AI-generated output

Screening reports, match results, and order drafts are generated with AI models and are provided for your convenience only. They can contain errors or omissions and are not professional, legal, financial, or procurement advice. You are responsible for your own due diligence and for the terms of any deal you enter. The AI-assisted order draft is a working document; a binding agreement exists only when the parties themselves agree to it outside or on top of the Platform.

7. Intellectual property

The Platform, its software, and its design are and remain the property of the Operator or its licensors. You keep ownership of the content you submit and grant us a licence to host, process, and display it as needed to run the Platform and to provide the services you request. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative services from the Platform.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, except where a separate service-level agreement applies. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product; continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided “as is”. The Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or loss arising from a transaction, dispute, or dealing between a buyer and a supplier, or from reliance on AI-generated output. Where the Operator is liable, its total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Platform in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or €500 where no fees were paid. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch law (including for intent or deliberate recklessness).

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or end your access for breach of these Terms or where required by law. On termination, the licences you granted end except where we must retain data to meet legal obligations (see the Privacy Statement).

11. Complaints and disputes

If you are a business user and have a complaint about the Platform, please use our complaint form. We handle complaints under our internal complaint-handling system as required by Regulation (EU) 2019/1150 (the “P2B Regulation”). You can read how matching and ranking work on our Ranking & matching transparency page.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our complaint mechanism will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or business-user protection you may have.
